- Make sure the espresso is ready.
- The milk should be poured into the pitcher.
- Activate the purge function on the steam wand, then draw it to an upright and high position.
- Turn the steam wand to the on position.
- Find the ideal spot from where the milk will whirlpool, and then:
- Rotate the milk in the pitcher in a circular motion until it reaches a smooth, silky, and sparkly consistency
- Enjoy the latte with the shot of espresso, and pour it!
